Humanatarian work focuses on improving the welfare of people affected by crises, disasters, or poverty. Alberton Lions Club serves to put a smile on a face and warm their heart. We serve to provide love and care to all in those need.
Our knitting clubs ensure new Moms have an outfit, blanket, booties and beanie for their new bundle of joy. We are always looking for knitters to assist us with these bags
Our club packs food parcels and food collection to ensure non-perishable items are available when a request comes arises. We collect pet food for the cats at the police station and the dogs at SPCA
Sight is a gift. We collect pre-used frames and host eye clinics to our community to provide spectacles at an affordable rate to ensure that the sight of gift is available to everyone
We host various fundraisers to ensure that we can continue to serve our community. These include golf days, Music Bingo and quiz evenings, gift and book wrapping, Cupcakes for CANSA
